Crystal Basset Hound Paperweight Signed Daum France

This absolutely perfect crystal Basset Hound figurine/paperweight was made in the Daum Crystal Studio in Nancy, France, which was founded in 1878 by Jean Daum (1825-1885). This beautiful dog is signed “Daum France” on her right hip. We love to show her alongside other crystal dogs of various sizes and breeds, but she also looks lovely, on her own on a vanity, a nightstand, even next to a vase of flowers, as part of a whimsical table setting! She would make a truly wonderful house-warming gift to anyone who loves this amazing breed, or a perfect addition to your crystal collection. She measures 4″ tall x 2 1/8″ long x 1 1/2″ wide, she is in excellent condition, and she retains her original label.
