The coloring of this dog is masterful, showing brush stroke fur lines and highly detailed eyes, nose, mouth, and paws. He is a 20th century figurine in excellent condition.
He is one of three models of what seem to be the same dog. This one, seated, is the most difficult to find. He carries the “PS” script mark, and “Dresden”.
If you collect Dresden Dogs, you will be thrilled to have found this wonderful dog. If you are a Fox Terrier owner, this thoroughly engaging guy is a “must-have.”
