This original, gorgeous full body portrait of a Setter dog was done with oil paints on a stretched burlap canvas. The colors are vibrant, and the detailing of the dog’s fur and face is exquisite. The use of paint on the burlap gives this wonderful portrait a texture that adds to the realism of the piece.
It is a large painting, measuring 28″ tall x 22 3/4″ wide. It is signed in the bottom right corner by the artist. It is in excellent condition.
