Pottery Water Pitcher with Greyhound Handle

This large, pottery water pitcher has a Greyhound dog as its handle.

The detailing is exquisite, and the soft caramel/cream coloring is quite unique, and so beautiful.

Because of the way it is signed on the underside, we believe that it is a reproduction of a Majolica piece. Nonetheless, it is easily the most extraordinary one that we have seen. Every detail has been crafted to perfection. Even the Greyhound, that forms the handle, looks realistic enough to pet.

Measuring a full 10″ tall x 5 3/4″ wide, with a base diameter of 4″, it is in excellent condition.
