Royal Doulton Scottish Terrier Collector’s Plate

This fantastic cabinet plate captures the true ancestry of the Scottie by placing it against an intricately painted Highlands background.

This work of art is 10 1/2″ in diameter, and it is in mint condition.

The back shows the Royal Doulton stamp, and the series # D6304. This number appears during the years 1949-1952, after which it was discontinued.

The detailing of this painting-on-a-plate is extraordinary from the fur lines on the Scottie, to the flowers and grass in the background.
