Like most identical twins, these two adorable Spaniel pups have some subtle differences. Looking closely, you can tell that they have slightly different expressions and fur lines. Of course, that’s also what makes them interesting! Made by Goldschneider, they are stamped “Goldschneider USA”, which tells us that they were made in 1940 because that is the only year that the company operated in the USA as Goldschneider. The following year, they became Goldschneider-Everlast. The family, originally from Vienna, began their porcelain factory there. They left Vienna in 1938, opened a factory in England, and then went to Trenton, N.J. where they operated for the one year (1940), under the Goldschneider name. These adorable pups each stand 4″ tall x 5″ long x 4″ wide and are in excellent condition. They are being sold together (after being together for almost 75 years, we thought that we should try to keep them that way). They would be spectacular united with the mother dog. All 3 matching dogs were acquired from the same estate and look extraordinary together! The other dog is listed, so go ahead and take a peek…
