This Dresden figurine of a Fox Terrier carries the exquisite detailing you would expect of a figurine modeled by Carl Thieme.

Made in the Potschappel Dresden factory of Germany, this fellow sits 5″ tall x 4″ long x 2″ wide.

The coloring of this dog is masterful, showing brush stroke fur lines and highly detailed eyes, nose, mouth, and paws. He is a 20th century figurine in excellent condition.

He is one of three models of what seem to be the same dog. This one, seated, is the most difficult to find. He carries the “PS” script mark, and “Dresden”.
