We could come up with dozens of uses for this vintage Scottie glass bowl. Originally, it was designed to be used as an ice tub, to coordinate with the many Scottie Terrier-themed glassware items manufactured by the Barlett-Collins Glass Company of Sapulpa, Oklahoma during the 1940’s. This one is quite heavy in weight and has a line of red Scotties along the top, interspersed with red stars, and a similar pattern of black Scotties along the bottom, interspersed with black stars. It is in excellent condition, and a wonderful way to add some whimsy to your bar area or put to practical use in your kitchen to hold fruit, nuts or a salad-for-two! It is 4″ deep, with a diameter of 5 1/2″. It is a hard-to-find addition to a Scottie glass collection, and of course it would make the perfect gift to any dog or Scottish Terrier lover.
