This exquisite terra cotta Bulldog originated in England in the late 19th century.
It is beautifully-detailed with every fur line, skin fold and muscle shown in amazing detail. He has piercing, black and gold, inset glass eyes that truly make him look quite real. Added to that, he has the classic Bulldog frown, combined with a rather dismayed expression. He looks as though he is quite startled at the modern world that he now finds himself in.

Measuring 6″ tall x 5 3/4″ long x 3 1/4″ wide, he is in great condition with some expected surface wear, but no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs.
