Vintage Wedgewood Pekingese Decorative Plate

This absolutely elegant Wedgewood decorative plate features a beautifully realistic portrait of a Pekingese dog.

Made in England by Wedgewood for its Everleigh Collection, it was issued in 2003 and retired only one year later in 2004.

Measuring 6″ in diameter, it is in excellent, flawless condition.

It has a narrow metallic gold band at its edge, followed by a wider deep green band with a scroll design. The Pekingese dog’s portrait is encircled by a band of soft rose.

The portrait of this Pekingese is exquisite. The Pekingese has a wonderful, wistful expression that would tug at the heartstrings of any owner and lover of this fabulous breed.
